Through an immersive film accompanied by moving seats, wind effects, and mist, experience a deep-sea fishing trip as if you were really there. Discover the daily lives of today’s fishermen, how knowledge is passed down from generation to generation, and the full power of the ocean.
To make the experience even more realistic, you'll be given a real fisherman's raincoat before you set out. Get ready to feel every wave, every vibration… and the full intensity of the job.
New Guided Tour of Rivière-au-Renard

Discover Rivière-au-Renard from a whole new perspective with this 1.5-hour guided tour.
Explore more than 200 years of maritime history and discover how this village became Quebec’s capital of the sea fishing industry. Your guide will take you back in time to relive the major events that shaped its identity—including the 1909 Fishermen’s Revolt—while introducing you to the techniques, equipment, and evolution of the fishing industry.
The tour ends at the observation tower on the industrial pier, which offers a breathtaking view of the harbor, the port facilities, and the ever-bustling maritime activity.
This experience perfectly complements the 4D Experience by connecting the stories, places, and realities of the region.

The organization also rolled out its first-ever stakeholder consultation forum in spring 2025, participates regularly in the sustainable tourism best-practice sharing community Les Courants Durables du Saint-Laurent, and takes part in a social acceptability campaign run by Croisières du Saint-Laurent.
